Delivery within the UK is normally next day for small parcels, 3-5 days for larger items. International orders will take slightly longer, usually no more than 15 days. We always ship by recorded delivery, which gives us traceability if a problem occurs. We keep our post and packing charges to a minimum and as a result you may incur a small charge if you return wrongly ordered parts. If you need to return goods you must inform BETD in writing, by fax or Email within 7 days after the day of receipt of the goods.
